These terms explain service-related text messaging used with Arborbase. Arborbase is operated by Arbcura Technology LLC and provides messaging tools to participating tree care companies. Messages are sent under the participating company's business name. The company you contact is responsible for the tree care service and for the content of its replies.
Messages are limited to the service request or account activity they concern. They may acknowledge a tree care request, provide a link to add request details or location, ask a follow-up question, coordinate a site visit, or share an estimate, proposal, scheduling update, or service-related response. These are not marketing or promotional messages.
If you text a participating tree care company first, you are asking for a reply about that conversation or service request. That does not sign you up for marketing or unrelated messages. You can stop text replies at any time by replying STOP.
Arborbase account users may separately opt in to account and operational SMS notifications in their account settings. The consent checkbox is optional and is not preselected. Providing a phone number by itself is not consent. Account notification consent can be withdrawn in account settings or by replying STOP.
Submitting a web request by itself does not enroll you in SMS messaging. Text updates are sent only when you start a text conversation or separately consent to SMS where that option is offered.
Message frequency varies with account activity and the service request. Account notification subscribers may receive up to 10 messages per week. An active, client-initiated service conversation may include additional replies about that request. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages from that number. You will receive a confirmation, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again by replying START.

Arbcura does not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS/MMS consent information with affiliates or third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging information may be shared with service providers, including Twilio, only to deliver and operate the messaging service. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging availability can vary by carrier, device, and network conditions.
