This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs access to and use of Arborbase, provided by Arbcura Technology LLC (“Arbcura,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an Arborbase account, accessing the service, or connecting a third-party account, you agree to this Agreement. If you use Arborbase for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization; references to “you” include that organization.
Arborbase is a software service for managing professional work, including properties, living assets, projects, schedules, field work, reports, invoices, and related records. The features available to you depend on your plan, account settings, and enabled modules. Product access and paid services may also be governed by an order form or other written agreement; if terms conflict, that agreement controls for the subject it covers.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and managing the people you authorize to use your account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for assigning access appropriate to each user’s role. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.
Paid features require an active subscription or other written authorization from Arbcura. Applicable prices, billing frequency, renewal, taxes, and cancellation terms will be shown at purchase or in your order form. You may use paid features only while your subscription is active and your account is eligible for them.
You retain your rights to the information and materials you submit to Arborbase (“Customer Data”). You authorize Arbcura to host, process, display, and transmit Customer Data as needed to provide, secure, and support the service, according to this Agreement and the Arborbase Privacy Policy at https://arbcura.com/arborbase/privacy.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit Customer Data and to authorize its use in Arborbase.
If you connect QuickBooks Online or another third-party service, you authorize Arborbase to access and use the information and functions permitted through that service’s authorization flow, for the features you enable. You must be authorized to connect the relevant account.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You can revoke a connection through the provider or Arborbase where that control is available. Revoking access may stop future data exchange, but may not remove information already transferred to either service. Sync features are available only when enabled for your account and supported by the applicable plan.
You may use Arborbase only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You must not use the service to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or violate another person’s rights. You must not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service except where applicable law permits it.
We may update, maintain, or change Arborbase and its features. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside our control. This Agreement does not promise that every feature will be continuously available.
We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably needed to protect the service, comply with law, address a security issue, or respond to a material breach of this Agreement. You may stop using Arborbase and cancel a subscription as described in your plan or order form. After access ends, handling and retention of Customer Data are governed by the applicable agreement and the Arborbase Privacy Policy.
Arbcura and its licensors retain all rights in Arborbase, including its software, design, and branding. Subject to this Agreement and your active subscription, Arbcura grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business or organizational purposes.
To the extent permitted by law, Arborbase is provided as available, and Arbcura does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Arborbase supports professional work but does not replace qualified human judgment or the decisions of your organization.
